I'm off tomorrow for 8 days in Ireland with my mother. Given my mother, we will have many stops in cute little restaurants for appetizers and a glass of wine. Should be fun.
Following that, I'll be visiting the family (with TM, this time) for five or so days. In other words: I'll be off-blog for a grand total of two weeks.

Have fun! Just remember as you bop around that Ireland is not particularly known for its wines. And if you and your mother decide to make a day of many stops in restaurants for appetizers and a glass of whiskey...bring the camera. :D

Wow...have fun in Ireland and make sure that you check out the Whiskys in Ireland. Ireland isn't known for its wine ...unless you're talking elderflower wine which is really potent! Try Jamiesons in Midleton, Cork!!
